We had an amazing safari and a great time in Arusha with Eli and the other guys! Thanks a lot for that! Besides the big five and a great landscape we had a lot of fun with Jerry and Jakob (thanks for delicious food ;-) and Marc and David (the two guys which joined us for three days). Before and after the Safari they made us feeling really comfortable in Arusha by organizing a cheap and clean accomaodation and escorting us to some markets ;-).
We would like to recommand Eli and the others to everyone, who plans a safari!

We went on a four day safari trip with encounter african trails and we were really satisfied with everything. We went with two other people in the group to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and saw a lot of animals. The food was brilliant and the driver had a lot of knowledge and really tried to show us a much as possible. The organisation was perfectly easy and our spontaneous booking was no problem. We can really recommend this company! |

I went on safari with Encounter African Trails for five days last summer and I had a great time on safari and in Arusha as well.
I was a bit nervous first, because I was traveling all the way from Dar es Salaam to Arusha on my own as a woman, but luckily there was no reason to be anxious. Eli picked me up from my bus and found a small great and cheap guesthouse for me and arranged that I could join a group for a five day safari to share costs. We went to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengti and had a great cook and driver so we could really lean back, relax and enjoy the animals and stunning landscape.
I had a great time, I was able to plan my trip freely and I felt save and was in good hands all the time. Eli offered all the help I needed, he was so generous and did more than I could expect.
I would always recommend him as a great tour organizer and I wish to return to Arusha one day! |

cheers for everything you sorted out for us last week! was amazing, and within our very budget price limit. was great fun, very flexible (enjoyed the bar in lake manyara) and very well organised. ngorongoro crater was stunning.
will hopefully see you in a couple of years time for meru and kili - pole pole. In the meantime i would definitely recommend this company for any good value safari

Thanks a ton, Eli! Your hospitality and overall helpfulness in navigating Tanzania was so incredibly helpful and generous! It was great to rely on someone who was willing to meet our every question and need! We had a fantastic safari to Ngorongoro and Terengere National Park...especially nice was the Farm House where we stayed. My friends and I loved it! If you are traveling to Arusha and need a great contact in the area...Eli is your man! |

Eli helped my friends and me organize a weekend trip to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater. We had such a great time! He was especially attentive to helping us get just what we wanted from the trip. He never failed to take care of our needs and even went the extra mile to help us with some other plans for a weekend trip to Zanzibar. Our tour guide Stuart was also fantastic and the stay at Ngorongoro Farmhouse was unbelievable. Thanks Eli for all of your help- it really made our stay in Arusha memorable! |

Following Hannah's recommendation I went with Elly for a 2 day safari on a very tight budget and had an amazing time! The guide Matthew really knew what he was talking about and even taught us some Swahili on the way. The food was lovely and a great time was had by all. I would definately recommend Elly and his company! Thank you. |
